Competency Matching Matrix	.	Currently 109 individual competencies under six broad headings in this Generic Competency Matching Matrix. The matrix recommends specific modules from our CD-Rom courses as well as stand-alone Xebec Online courses for each competency. August 2000

Harvard Business School	.	Harvard Business School Publishing in alliance with Xebec McGraw-Hill bring you interactive multimedia CD-Roms and an Intranet-based Performance Support Programme. March 2000

Recruitment and Selection	.	Launched in April 2000 were two CD-Rom courses - or seven online courses - on Recruitment and Selection, which focus on the core skills of recruitment from initial planning to closing an interview. March 2000

Assertiveness	.	We've launched two new Assertiveness CD-Rom courses in conjunction with BBC for Business. The courses are also available as 8 separate online modules and show how assertiveness can enhance the communication skills that lead to peak performance. March 2000

Xebec Online Version 2 [AD]	.	We have released Version 2 of the Xebec Online training solution, a complete software system that allows organisations to deliver, manage and measure its interactive courseware over their intranets. January 2000
